Civil Society Organisation (CSOs) face numerous Challenges to their effectiveness and legitimacy, particularly in developing countries. Developed by the One World Trust in partnership with the Commonwealth Foundation the Uganda toolkit for NGO accountability is one of four toolkits researched and developed to help CSOs put accountability into practice and strengthen their role in governance.
