The 2011 Pathways to Accountability II - the revised Global Accountability Framework is our sixth major report published in this area of work. Like its predecessors, Power Without Accountability? (2003), Pathways to Accountability: The Global Accountability Framework (2005), and the 2006, 2007, and 2008 Global Accountability Reports, this documemt seeks to understand accountability issues at the global level and encourage cross-sector learning.
