Summary: The GHP is a forum bringing together the main actors of the humanitarian community - NGOs, the Red Cross and Red Crescent Movement, and the UN and related international organisations. The GHP works to make humanitarian action more effective through collaboration and dialogue. Its primary activities are implementation of the Principles of Partnership and creating a forum for dialogue on accountability to affected populations, security, and building local capacity.
