- Summary: The draft revised Code of Good Conduct in Food Crisis Prevention and Management (2009) has been adapted from the 1990 Food Aid Charter and involves states, intergovernmental organisations, NGOs, OECD technical and financial partners and civil society organisations. It consists of a set of principles and commitments concerning food security, information and analysis systems; a dialogue and consultative framework; and a strategic framework governing response to food crisis.
