- Summary: Foreign Aid Ratings provide third party certification and ratings to a variety of organisations including NGOs. The rating seeks to reflect the social impact, financial health, and organisational integrity of participating organisations. The certification considers five broad criteria: financial efficiency and health, accountability, social impacts, institutional development and non-violence. The organisations' certification and rating is determined following three stages: fundamental analysis, impact analysis and reference analysis.
