Brendan is leading the Trust's work on the accountability of public policy research institutes and joined the team in June 2007. He holds a Master of Laws qualification from Columbia Law School, having specialised in International Law, Law & Development and Intellectual Property Law. His work experience includes more than two years in Afghanistan in research, evaluation and programme management with a focus on land and resource management issues, as well as time at the UN in New York. |
